The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to promote the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two-time world boxing king Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, consistently making massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters met for the customary confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
